The Youth Affairs Division of the Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs invites young people, youth leaders and potential exhibitors to register for the National Youth Conference and Exposition 2026. Information submitted through this form is confidential and will be used by the Youth Affairs Division for registration, coordination and administration of the Conference.

Before you register

• Participants must be between 10 and 35 years of age.
• Each participant must complete a separate registration form.
• Participants must select one breakout discussion topic.
• Participants under 18 require parent/guardian consent.

Exhibitor information

• Exhibitors must provide organisation/business info, nature of business, power supply requirements, and accommodation needs.
• Exhibitors selling food items are required to have a valid food badge.
